Lastly, access the payment portal to make HOA dues payments securely via Propertyware, with guidance on logging in and completing transactions. Owners
At LCL, we use Propertyware to streamline and enhance our property management processes. This allows us to efficiently handle reports, complaints, maintenance requests, and much more, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively.
As a HOA Member (owner), you will receive a login to access Propertyware. For your first-time login, you’ll need a one-time access code from us. Simply call us at 951-260-0711 to get your code and start using Propertyware to its fullest potential.
Maintenance Request
For the quickest response to a maintenance request, please log in to your portal and navigate to the “Service Request” tab on the left-hand side. Click on this tab and create a new service request. Once submitted, your request will be queued for review by our maintenance department. Please be aware that all requests must be approved by the board and comply with our house rules and governing documents. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All requests are welcome, and responsibility for the work will be determined based on whether it falls under homeowner or association responsibility.
File a Complaint/Suspected Violation
For the best response to a complaint or potential violation, please log in to your Propertyware account and use the conversation section on the main page to submit your complaint. Select New Conversation, then inform us of the complaint or violation in the comment section. Alternatively, you can fill out the provided form and email it to HOA@LCLRealty.com. In case of an emergency, contact our office directly at 951-260-0710. If the matter involves police, make sure to call 911 before reaching out to our office.
Make a Payment
Once you’re logged into your Portal, navigate to the “My Payments” tab on the left side of the main page. From there, you can make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments, and view your scheduled payments.
